What is Bonopolis Panel?
Boopolis is a vibrant community platform where members are invited to participate in exciting surveys. These surveys cover a wide range of topics, including lifestyle, shopping habits, and current social issues. They are conducted for various clients, such as media companies, market research firms, and other businesses, and target either the general population or specific audiences.
What kind of surveys are there?
Our surveys focus on evaluating a wide range of topics. Often, they assess how new products, concepts, or advertising materials are received and rated by a specific target group. The diverse opinions and perspectives of our participants can also help identify early trends. Therefore, your responses are the basis for qualitative market research.
How much does it cost?
Membership is completely free. Simply register in the country where you have your primary residence at the time of registration. Let us know if you move so we can assign you to the correct country.
What are the requirements?
To register, you must have your primary residence in the country for which you are registering. Additionally, you must be at least 16 years old.
Can multiple people register with the same email address?
No, each person must use a unique email address for registration. Multiple people cannot register with the same email address.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
You can reset your password anytime on the login page. Simply enter the email address you used to register and click on "Reset Password." We will then send you a link to reset your password. After 5 failed login attempts, your profile will be temporarily locked for 6 hours.
How much can I earn per survey?
For each completed survey, you will receive points. The number of points depends on the length and complexity of the survey. You can redeem these points for a variety of rewards, including cash, vouchers for online or offline retailers, magazine subscriptions, or donations to charities.
How can I redeem my points?
Collected points have a monetary value and can be easily redeemed in your account profile, depending on the reward level reached. You can exchange your points for vouchers, cash, donations, or magazine subscriptions. Redemption options may vary by country. In some countries, points cannot always be redeemed for cash due to tax liabilities. Your unused points expire within two years, but we will remind you in advance.
When will I receive points for referring friends?
Points will be credited to your account once your friend registers using the invitation link and participates in a survey (profile surveys do not count). Please note that you can invite up to 8 people per month to join the panel (up to 800 points per month). Friends can only be referred once you have created your own profile and confirmed your registration.
How long does it take for points to be credited?
Points are usually credited immediately after completing a survey. For partner surveys, this may take a bit longer—sometimes up to 24 hours.
How long will my data be stored?
Bonopolis stores your data as long as you are a member with us. Additionally, we adhere to the general data protection regulations and legal notices of independent institutions ESOMAR and BVM.
How is my data handled?
Your survey responses remain anonymous. Your name is not linked to your answers, and our clients do not have access to your personal data. Bonopolis treats all data strictly confidentially and stores it in an encrypted database.
Will I receive Spam mail?
Every connection to the Bonopolis website is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an encryption protocol that secures the communication channel and ensures server identification. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, so you do not need to worry about spam emails.
What should I do if my personal information changes?
You can update your profile, address, password, and important basic information at any time.
Why does Bonopolis need so much information about me?
Depending on the client and topic, we need different target groups for our surveys. For example, car owners for car surveys, smokers for tobacco surveys, and pet owners for pet care surveys. Some surveys are targeted only at men, women, specific age groups, or regions. The more we know about you, the more often we can invite you to relevant surveys—and the more points you can collect!
How can I end my membership?
You can end your membership at any time in your profile. Please note that any unredeemed points will be forfeited. Your personal data will be deleted immediately, and you will no longer be invited to participate in surveys.
Why am I not receiving surveys?
Our panelists are invited based on the target group of the surveys. If you do not fit the target group, you will not be invited to the survey. Regularly complete the basic profile surveys to receive more relevant survey invitations.
Why am I excluded from participating in some surveys?
The survey may ended early for the following reasons: either you answered the questions too quickly without reading them carefully, or your answers were inconsistent or contradictory. Another reason could be that you do not belong to the target audience, as our clients often require very specific target groups, and we sometimes invite participants hoping they fit. Finally, it may be because enough people from your target group have already participated. Therefore, it's always good to respond to surveys promptly.
What should if I can't open a survey?
We recommend participating in surveys as soon as possible, as the survey will close automatically once the required number of respondents is reached. If prompt participation is required, we will inform you of the timeframe in which the survey is open. Sometimes, the link in the invitation email might not work, so please first try copying the link and pasting it into your regular internet browser. If this does not work, try using a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact us with the survey link so we can quickly address the issue.
When and how often can I participate in surveys?
If you don't have time or interest, you can simply ignore the invitation—the participation is always voluntary.
Why am I redirected in some surveys?
In addition to our surveys, you will also be regularly offered partner surveys, whose content does not come directly from Bonopolis. The appearance of the questionnaires might vary and look different from our surveys. The associated point allocation might also vary.
What are partner surveys?
Partner surveys are surveys that are not conducted by Bonopolis. When participating in partner surveys, you submit your answers directly to the client and we are not responsible for the information you share. Before the actual survey begins, you will answer some questions that may disqualify you from participating.
